Refund Policy
Given the products sold are confectionery, returns/refunds will not be issued once the order has moved on to the delivery company, due to a change of mind or dislike towards the product.
An exception to this, where a refund will be issued is for the following reasons:
- Items are missing from your order (you will be issued a refund for the cost of the missing items).
- Your order has been misplaced/lost in delivery, with a full investigation having been completed.
- Items in your order have been damaged in the shipping process (with picture evidence provided).
In order to receive a refund for missing or damaged items, you will need to have attempted to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (we will confirm the delivery date by assessing your Auspost tracking).
